Dominion Strata Management have been providing Perth with a professional standard of service with an aim to educate and empower Strata Councils. We do this by streamlining our procedures, having on-going support, and offering after-hours services, we feel that this takes the pressure and stress out of strata management.

We promise to maintain a high professional standard, ensuring that you receive the best service for your scheme. Our strata managers have the knowledge and experience to give our owners peace of mind that their scheme is being managed with the utmost care and diligence. Matthew Bird

Matthew Bird (ASCM) is the Managing Director of Dominion Strata Management.

Matt has had extensive experience within the property industry spanning over 16 years, including asset management of numerous medical and office facilities, and development management of many successful property developments in the Perth metropolitan area, as well as the Pilbara.

Given his strong background in property development, it was only natural that Matt expanded into strata management, at first to manage the completed projects he had developed, to eventually taking on schemes from other builders and developers. Matt’s primary focus is to continue to immerse himself into the strata management industry, and to apply his previous property knowledge towards building a successful strata management business.

Having worked under an Australian Financial Services Licence for previous employers, Matt is conversant in corporate governance, reporting to the various stakeholders, and ensuring due process is not only clearly identified but adhered to. Matt is passionate about the furtherance and evolution of the strata community sector and is of the opinion that ongoing education and training, to both owners and managers, is key to the successful future of the industry.

Matt has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Finance & Property), a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Certificate IV Property Services (Real Estate), and previously held the position of Vice President of Strata Communities Australia (WA) in the past.

Ange Swinbourne

Ange brings a broad range of experience from her previous roles in the real estate industry and fire services scheduling and maintenance.

Ange is currently on the SCA(WA) pathway for certification and is passionate about her continue and ongoing education within in the strata community industry.  So passionate about education within the industry, Ange currently holds a position on the education committee for SCA(WA).

Ange is the 2019 recipient of the Strata Community Association WA’s Strata Community Manager of the Year – Rising Star award.

Gillian Dale-Jones

Leveraging off several decades of varied, solid financial experience, Gill provides accounting‐related services within Dominion.

Over the last decade, she has worked extensively at developing businesses in the small‐to‐medium business sector in WA.

Gill’s audit background feeds into the creation, implementation, and maintenance of suitable policies, procedures and systems.
