In order for Dominion Strata to provide a detailed proposal, the following information is required:

• Details of the strata complex: Strata Plan, By-Laws and Management Statement (if available)
• The type of strata complex: Commercial, Residential, Survey, Industrial or dual
• If the strata is Commercial: What type of businesses will be run from them
• Are there any additional amenities: Pool, gym, car stacker parking, underground parking, heritage listed
• Council of Owners details
• Minutes of the last AGM
